Collect for a real job:
- First and last name
- Company name, or that they are ordering as a private person
- Country, phone number, email
- Website and social media, or that they have none
- A link to a product they already sell, or that they do not have custom products yet
- Each product they want (decks, griptape, wheels, trucks, bearings, hardware, heat transfers, completes, other)
- For every line: product, size, artwork file name, quantity, specification 1, specification 2, and further specs (wood, glue, print, durometer, grit, color, packing)
- If a line is printed: Films, Screens, or Clichees. If the count is unknown, write ? . Do not invent a number. Blank/unprinted lines skip this.
- Destination city and country, air vs ocean preference, deadline
