2HEX Free Running Shoes Factory

Welcome to 2HEX Free Running Shoe Factory, where cutting-edge design meets outstanding performance to create the ultimate free running footwear. We understand the unique demands placed on shoes in this dynamic and exhilarating sport. Our mission is to engineer shoes that not only look exceptional but also provide the support, flexibility, and grip required to elevate your free running experience.

Crafting the perfect free running shoe involves a meticulous process that addresses the specific needs of athletes engaged in this high-impact discipline. Our production process combines state-of-the-art technology, innovative materials, and expert craftsmanship to deliver footwear designed to withstand the rigors of free running while maximizing comfort and agility.

We start by carefully selecting the finest materials for our free running shoes. This includes using lightweight, breathable, and durable fabrics that offer the ideal balance of comfort and protection. Our shoes are built to endure the wear and tear of intense training and urban exploration while providing excellent support and shock absorption.

Our design process is guided by a deep understanding of the biomechanics of free running and the precise movements involved. We collaborate with professional athletes and parkour practitioners to gather valuable insights, ensuring that our shoes deliver the perfect blend of grip, flexibility, and responsiveness for optimal movement and control.

Some of our high-end technologies include:

  1. Gel inserts in the insole for additional cushioning and shock absorption. These inserts can help reduce the impact on the athlete's joints during high-impact movements.
  2. Sticky rubber outsoles are designed to provide exceptional grip on a variety of surfaces, including wet or slippery conditions. This type of outsole is particularly useful for free running shoes, as it enables athletes to maintain traction and control during complex movements.
  3. Multi-directional Tread Pattern Outsoles to provide optimal grip and traction during various movements. These patterns allow for quick changes in direction and enhance overall stability.

Each shoe is expertly crafted by our skilled artisans, who pay close attention to essential areas such as the toe cap, heel counter, and stitching. We employ reinforced stitching techniques and high-quality adhesives to maximize durability while maintaining a lightweight feel for effortless motion.

Quality control is paramount at 2HEX free running shoe factory. Every shoe undergoes rigorous testing to evaluate its performance under various free running conditions. We assess our shoes for grip, shock absorption, and overall durability, ensuring they meet our high standards before leaving our factory.

Moreover, we are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint by utilizing eco-friendly materials and practices throughout the production process, ensuring our free running shoes not only perform at their best but also contribute positively to our planet.

At the 2HEX free running shoe factory, our passion for parkour and free running drives us to create footwear that empowers athletes to push their limits and redefine the boundaries of movement. Welcome to the future of free running shoe innovation!

Free Running Shoe Manufacturing Materials

Free running shoes require materials that offer the perfect blend of durability, support, and flexibility to cater to the demands of the sport. Here, we will discuss common materials used in the production of free running shoes, grouped by upper, insole, and outsole components.

Free Running Shoes Manufacturer - Upper:

1) Mesh:

  1. a) Pros: Lightweight, breathable, and offers good flexibility. Mesh is ideal for free running shoes as it allows for proper air circulation, keeping the athlete's feet cool and dry.
  2. b) Cons: Less durable compared to other materials, may wear out quickly with intense training, and offers limited support.

2) Synthetic Materials:

  1. a) Pros: Lightweight, breathable, and often more affordable than natural materials. Synthetic materials can be designed to mimic the properties of leather or suede, providing a balance between support and flexibility.
  2. b) Cons: May not offer the same level of durability as natural materials, and some synthetic materials may not be environmentally friendly.

3) Knit Fabric:

  1. a) Pros: Provides a sock-like fit, conforming to the shape of the athlete's foot for a snug and comfortable feel. Knit fabric uppers are lightweight and breathable, making them suitable for free running shoes.
  2. b) Cons: Less durable compared to other materials, may not provide the same level of support as synthetic materials or leather.

Free Running Shoes Manufacturer - Insole:

1) EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate):

  1. a) Pros: Lightweight, flexible, and offers good cushioning. EVA is a popular material for free running shoe insoles due to its shock absorption capabilities.
  2. b) Cons: Can compress over time, which may result in reduced cushioning and support.

2) PU (Polyurethane):

  1. a) Pros: Offers excellent support, durability, and shock absorption. PU insoles are known for their long-lasting performance, making them suitable for the high-impact nature of free running.
  2. b) Cons: Heavier and less breathable than EVA insoles, and can be more expensive.

3) Memory Foam:

  1. a) Pros: Molds to the shape of the foot, providing a customized fit and enhanced comfort. Memory foam insoles offer good shock absorption, making them suitable for free running shoes.
  2. b) Cons: Can retain heat, which may be uncomfortable for some athletes, and may not offer the same level of support as other insole materials.

Free Running Shoes Manufacturer - Outsole:

1) Rubber:

  1. a) Pros: Provides excellent traction, durability, and flexibility, making it the most common material for free running shoe outsoles. Rubber outsoles are suitable for various surfaces encountered during free running.
  2. b) Cons: May wear out faster than other outsole materials.

2) High-Abrasion Rubber:

  1. a) Pros: A more durable variation of standard rubber, designed to withstand the wear and tear of free running. High-abrasion rubber outsoles provide enhanced grip and durability on rough surfaces.
  2. b) Cons: Can be heavier and less flexible than standard rubber outsoles.

3) Sticky Rubber:

  1. a) Pros: Designed to provide exceptional grip on a variety of surfaces, including wet or slippery conditions. Sticky rubber outsoles are particularly useful for free running shoes, as they enable athletes to maintain traction and control during complex movements.
  2. b) Cons: May wear out faster than other rubber compounds.

By understanding the pros and cons of these materials, free running shoe manufacturers can create products that cater to the diverse needs of free runners, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Free Running Shoes Factory Production Prices

The production cost of free running shoes ranges from 9 USD to 35 USD per pair, depending on total order quantity and shoe specifications.

To get started you can always calculate with at least 20,000 USD. We specialize on mass productions and don’t process shoe production orders of less than that.

Let’s say you want to start as small as possible with the smallest quantity possible of the simplest running shoe useable by professional free runners. The smallest quantity would be 1,000 pairs of shoes in two different sizes. The shoe would come with as few specials as acceptable for free running – only a mesh upper, a light EVA outsole, a shock absorbing insole, and an ergonomic design. At only 1,000 pairs the price per pair of shoes would be 17 USD. Increase the number of pairs to 10,000 pairs and the price will drop to 14 USD.
